Network Marketing - Make Your Leads Pay You!
Most network marketers have to pay to get leads to their website this is not true of the few expert internet marketers. What if there was a way to make your leads pay you every time they came to your website? What if there was a way to get your prospects to happily give you money to do more advertising thus bringing in more leads for you?Well, there is a way to profit off of your leads and it is called a funded proposal system. What is a funded proposal? Anything that creates additional immediate revenue in your business that results in a direct increase in the value of your leads.Below are the different types of funded proposals:1) AdSense.Simply slapping some AdSense on your blog or website can make you money to put back into building your list. Unless your website gets a bunch of traffic you won't make a ton of money, but you want to monetize from your prospects as much as possible.2) Affiliate. Not everyone is going to jump in your network marketing business, but all network marketers are interested in generating more traffic, recruiting more people, making more money, less rejection, and more duplication. So, if you find a affiliate program that solves one or more of these programs you could make a recommendation to your list and make money to build your list even bigger.3) Products. There are two different types of information products: your own and rebrandable for your team to use. Create your own information products that help network marketers solve their biggest problems that we mentioned above. This way you can have your own home based business outside of your network marketing business. It sets you up as an expert and let's you make money off prospects that will never join your business. If you want to learn more about network marketing funded proposals and how to get free leads to make money online make sure you read and follow the instructions in the resource box below.

Want Your Network Marketing Team to Blast Off? Proven Strategies to Grow Your Downline
Face it - we have all been there. Your team knows what to do: they put in the hours doing sales calls, networking, and tapping every opportunity to expand their business. They work on business skills, take a seminar on social networking, and really try to have a positive attitude. If they're doing everything right, it makes you wonder why sales are not through the roof and why you are not experiencing any growth. Could it be that there is more at play here than business as usual?Experience working with top executives has shown me that the symptoms that many organizations cite as stifling business - burnout, stagnation, indecision, lack of creativity, lack of motivation, and lack of productivity - are all related to one thing that many people do not think about: apathy."Hey - I'm not apathetic," you say. "I care about what I do!"But apathy is not indifference. It is actually more common than you think. Take a look at my working definition of apathy: a natural, human instinct, common to us all, that consistently encourages us to seek a comfort zone in which nothing ever changes. You can relate with that, right? Don't worry - most of the executives I have worked with can relate as well. Take, for instance, Ann who is a young, bright, rising star of one of our clients. She was on a fast track for success, but hit a wall. She was exhausted, hadn't had a new idea in months, and felt like life was nothing but work. It was getting to the point that her boss was concerned about her performance, even though she had great potential. It turned out that Ann found security in staying busy and overworked. Her apathy (comfort zone) came from maintaining the pace of a superhero, which allowed her to never face her insecurities about her competency.Another case study of mine, Al, is the CEO of a small company with 50 employees. Though brimming with confidence, he lacked confidence in his people. He didn't trust anyone to get the job done right, so he just did it himself. His leadership team felt that he had a great work ethic, but they knew that he did not trust them to get anything accomplished. He was completely unaware of the damage his behavior was causing his company. The common denominator of every organization in the world is people. Every day, people show up for work and bring with them their own unique set of values, beliefs, and behaviors. Effective leadership development is necessary for every level of any organization, from the CEO to the stock room clerk. Organizations without a proactive leadership development program at every level of their organization are prime targets for the forces of apathy. How does recognizing apathy translate to more business growth for you?A few years back, I was working with a significant international company in the food services industry. The company had been operational since the 1970s and had grown revenues to a high of over 200 million dollars. However, when I looked at the company's past, I found that the company had leveled off three years prior and was in the beginning stages of decline. I immediately began to talk with the leaders about the forces of apathy. They were surprised at my concern and somewhat indignant at the suggestion of apathy. They were, after all, debt free with operating capital in the bank; they though they were doing just fine. Just fine is not good enough. Every organization must choose growth. The only alternative to growth is decline. There is no other position for an organization in planning its future. My first step was to generate a new level of awareness of the available untapped potential existing among the leadership team. From this new level of awareness among the leadership team, I started a proactive leadership development process for the top leaders. An appropriate level of leadership development was then implemented at every level of the organization. The company began a new phase of growth within 24 months and has never looked back, and you can do the same thing with your business!STRATEGY #1: It all starts with awareness, so you are halfway there.Effective leadership begins with an awareness of how the forces of apathy affect the organization and its people. Without an awareness of the forces of apathy, people become stuck in ineffective and unproductive comfort zones of their own design, while ineffective leaders focus on the symptoms of their people problems. This leads us to the next strategy.STRATEGY #2: STOP trying to fix the symptoms! One of the most common training and development mistakes I find is where organizations begin designing training programs to fix what has been broken: a communication seminar to fix communication problems, a clerical skills seminar to fix a department's lack of focus, or a policies seminar to fix attention to detail. Obviously, the problems are never "fixed" because the organizations are only working on symptoms, never the real problem.STRATEGY #3: Equip your downline with the 4 personal powers Apathy, as a natural, human instinct, is counterbalanced with certain personal powers - choice, vision, attraction, and courage - that were strategically included in our creative, human design. These personal powers are available to everyone, but without some understanding of why these personal powers are important, they are usually ignored as motivational fluff or insignificant soft skills. An awareness and understanding of these counterbalancing personal powers can serve as a future foundation for a consistent leadership development model that makes good common sense. Now that you know about apathy, get to work on identifying areas where apathy may have set in with your business, share what you know with your team, and start implementing these 3 strategies. You will be well on your way to taking your team to the next level of effectiveness. You CAN overcome the negative forces of apathy!

The Problem With Referral Programs
Many jobs online require you to not only do something or sell something, but also to recruit others to do the same thing. Referral programs run rampant on the internet and can be found either as an incentive for many job sites, such as survey sites, or as a requirement for some sites. Referral programs, when they are legit, pay out reasonably enough, but they have some problems with them that should make you think twice about joining that at-home company for financial freedom while working from home. The main problem with these at home job is the recruiting itself. Generally, you have to recruit a certain number of people either because it's the only way to make any real money or as a requirement for joining the website. What this means is that the company is effectively turning you into their spammer; they know they can't be the ones to send out thousands of invitations and harassment to join or they may be kicked off the internet, so they get their employee hopefuls to do it for them. As an employee, you end up annoying half your contact list with constant emails to join your site, or you end up being ignored. At worst, you start being called a spammer, especially if you start looking to increase your contact list in order to grow your list of potential recruits. Sometimes you will have to pay the company to join their business and pay them for the pleasure of doing their recruiting for you! However, this isn't considered a scam because you do have the potential to make real money-if you have a massive contact list and are lucky to have some interested friends and family.Another related problem is how the recruitment aspect is marketed. These companies usually know that if they just say that you have to recruit people, they'll likely be ignored. So instead, they make the incentive for recruiting higher than the pay out for what you're actually doing for them and then rely on human greed. However, in order to actually be successful, you have to not only advertise to all of your contacts and social media contacts, but you'll have to build an advertisement that will attract them and pretty much maintain a business of making the company's business better-all the while paying a subscription fee for your work!Recruitment incentives should not be the bulk of the online company you're looking at and here's how you can tell if it is:1. If the payout/person recruited far exceeds the possible pay outs of the actual job you're doing.2. If you're getting more offers pertaining towards recruiting others than you are about the work that needs to be done.3. If the site is covered in banner ads about 'recruiting your friends!'If any or all of these things are going on, likely you're looking at a company that's trying to get you to do their work for a pittance and possibly charging you a monthly subscription for the 'honor'.Now this is not to say that all recruitment incentives are bad; plenty of perfectly legitimate online companies have referral programs. But the referral program should not be the bulk of your work in order to make any cash-you should be making cash via your work, not your ability to harass your contact list. Instead, the referral program should be like a bonus and it shouldn't be a huge one at that. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a referral program; so long as the referral program is the icing on the cake and not the cake itself. Just be aware of what you're signing on for before you sign up.

Earn a High Income by Choosing the Best Network Marketing Products
The Internet has thousands of opportunities for an individual to get involved in network marketing, also known as multi level marketing. However, each opportunity has its own advantages and disadvantages. One may offer a great compensation plan, but lacks a good product. If you can't sell the product they have, the compensation plan doesn't really matter. Anyone who is searching for an opportunity to earn an income in this business should always look to the companies that sell the best network marketing products, as this is what is going to allow them to earn the most amount of money. The products offered by the company must be ones that will offer a solution for the consumer. The benefits of the products must inspire the consumer to purchase it. Try the products of the company out before you join. You need to determine whether or not the products offered live up to their expectations. The best question to ask yourself is whether or not you could easily recommend the product to a friend or loved one. If you don't want those you care about to use the product, you should not be selling it.The best network marketing products are unique. Unfortunately, this is often a rare occurrence, but you should take the time to compare them with similar products that are available on the market. What makes these products superior? Are they priced similar and, if not, why is their a difference? All of this information can be used so that you can determine which company you would like to join.Very important to your success as a marketer is whether or not the products themselves must be replenished. This is the process of earning residual income and the best network marketing products to sell are the ones that must be reordered over and over again, as it will earn you a higher income. But, before you base your decision on this factor, it is important to verify that the company you join has a compensation plan in place for products that are autoshipped. Unfortunately, not all companies participate in this payment plan. In this case, you do all the work and the company keeps all of the profits. As stated above, every company is going to have advantages and disadvantages. The one thing that a company you want to join should have is a product that is going to sell in high numbers and one that will get repeat sales. The best network marketing products are ones that are quality and solve a problem of the consumer. If the company you join does not have products that match the above criteria, you are simply wasting your time. Always, always make certain that the products you are selling are worth the money spent on them and ones that you would recommend to others. Truthfully, the products are what will make you a success.

At Home Businesses - Are They Real?
There are so many people who are looking to get out of the dull, day to day, doldrums of working a job that it has become epidemic. That is not without reason either. Many people can relate today with someone who has been laid off or their company has "downsized". Right? Not only may we know someone who has been left out in the cold, but there might be a possibility we could end up in the same boat sooner rather than later. That brings many to the idea of "What if"? Should I start my own business? Why shouldn't I be the boss? Why can't I make the decisions? What if I made the bulk of the money? What if I were in the drivers seat? That is a bunch of "what if's", isn't it?What would I do if I do start? Do you have any talents someone would be willing to pay you for? Well, do you? Maybe there anything you have always wished you could do, besides just make a living? Could you actually get paid to do it? Could you actually support yourself doing it?Everyone relates Home Based Business today with Internet Marketing. In reality that is not very accurate. Stop for a minute and analyze your own life. Do you personally know anyone who works from their home? Anybody? Here is betting that you do!But you know, usually they really work for someone else, isn't that true? They are most likely telecommuters, data transcription, in some type of sales for a company or something of that nature. Isn't that correct? How many actually sit at home and work for "themselves"? I bet none of the ones you thought about are really "self employed, are they? There is nothing wrong with that. Well... maybe just one thing. IT IS STILL JUST A JOB! Isn't that what most of us mean when we refer to Home Based Business? Of course it is! We want to work for ourselves! That's the whole thing in a nutshell, isn't it? Okay, so let's take a look at the Internet to accomplish getting into our own business. What do we have to do to get started? Will we have to know HTML? Do we have to be a computer "geek"? What will be the time requirement and how much cash will it take? Is it possible to make a living and how long before the money starts coming in?I guess the phrase "Who Knows?" answers those questions best. There are as many different answers as there are people who are in here trying to accomplish it, RIGHT NOW! It would be most likely that in reality, most of them are going to fail. Unfortunately, that is what will happen. Most of us don't have the stick-to-it behavior that is required - REQUIRED to start a business. That's just the plain hard truth. Most won't put in either the time or the effort that it will need to take off and do what they want it to do.Why is that? The reason most of us work for someone else is quite simple. The steady paycheck, we are lazy (that's not to say you don't work hard) and have certain "fears" that we just can't overcome. Then there is that big stumbling block, that nasty little voice inside you that keeps asking, "What happens if we fail"?Well, I am here to tell you that until you conquer yourself, you shouldn't even try. Over my life (and I am retired now), I have started up four businesses in the real world. There isn't a time (looking back) that I wasn't more self assured, more in control, prouder, and happier than I was while running my own business.I can tell you that it is possible, and not nearly as bad as you may think - that "jumping off the edge" so to speak! I am positively 100% certain of it! Anyone can do it, but they have to believe it, not me, not someone else, - YOU DO! Okay, how about some good news? I am going to give you an e-Book that will tell you some ways to get off and running here on the Internet. It is a 41 page guide to get you going right out of the chute. Will it make you an expert? no it will not. But it may give you just enough to make a decision...and after all, IT IS FREE! Can't go wrong there, can you?You will need to sign up on my sign in page and the e_book will be sent to you as soon as I get the info. Remember, in order for anything to change...YOU MUST FIRST CHANGE YOURSELF!

Are You Sure You Have a Good MLM Marketing Plan to Ensure Success?
I still can't understand why there are so many internet marketers out there that take this type of approach with their MLM marketing. Most of these home business owners probably don't even know they are lost until it hits them in the face. The following are the basics of developing a plan for success. If you are just getting started, you need to come up with your outline before you do any marketing. The following are the 3 basics that you can do right now to get your business going in the right direction.First, you should clearly identify your niche and USP (unique selling proposition). Not having these 2 things clearly defined is like deer hunting in the middle of New York City. You have better ods of winning the lottery than succeeding in your MLM opportunity if you haven't clearly defined your target market and what you offer them that no one else does.Next, pick one to three marketing techniques and focus on them. Gain proficiency in the areas you choose prior to moving on to something else. With all that is going on online, it is very easy to get distracted by other people claiming there technique is best. Do yourself a favor and stay focused on each marketing avenue until you gain a good grasp prior to adding anything else. Finally, you must put your MLM marketing plan down on paper or on your computer. Break your outline down by the month, week and day for the most effectiveness. As the old saying goes, it is easier to eat an elephant piece by piece than all at one time.I know everyone has heard this phrase a million times in this industry, but it bears repeating, "If you treat this like a hobby it will pay you like one, if you treat it like a business, it will pay you like a business." Let me try one more so I can be as cliche as possible: "People don't plan to fail, they just fail to plan!" In all seriousness, if you don't have the three things discusses above written down or identified, you are wasting your time and resources! Stop worrying about your marketing for a couple hours and take the time to identify and generate a game plan and you will be able to get yourself on the right track before it is to late.

Maakoa Review - Can Maakoa Live Up to the Hype?
Maakoa is an MLM opportunity that offers a variety of health and wellness products that helps your fitness, and personal care and youth. Maakoa is very smart on how they sell their products. Instead of spending millions of dollars on a 30 second television commercial, They have taken the approach of using the standard MLM module and use independent distributors to sell these products to consumers. Every distributor has access to Maakoa's products, but their best product is a shake called Koopuwa. This shake contains the popular Super Fruits which are the Acai berry and the Cupuacu. The Founders and CEO's of Maakoa are: Bruce Davis, President & CEO, David Simpson, Todd Kirkpatrick, Jeff Bruning. These entrepreneurs all have combined there experience in business to develop this Network marketing business. Based on my observations of the distributors and the consumers, Maakoa has been making a lot ruckus in the network marketing industry.Effective leadership is a vital ingredient in this industry in order to obtain success. Maakoa can strongly benefit you if you are partner with some one that has had their fair share of success and is ready to bestow some upon you. The recruitment of network marketing veterans who have made a name for themselves in the industry are often the ones that makes the big bucks because of there experience and there diligence to work hard and never give up.If you're giving thought about joining Maakoa, Then understand how to market first, you see there is a certain statistic that people fall in as soon as they join a business or become a distributor and that's the infamous 97% quota. People that join MLM businesses in this industry out of desperation and at times they are trained properly and out of frustration they usually quit, and their selves in the 97% quota. Many top earners in this industry are leveraging web 2.0 marketing tools to enhance there business presence in the market and also, securing there future. Tools such as social media, video marketing, (PPC) pay per click advertising, article marketing, forum marketing are all ways you can start utilizing to grow your business.

How to Prospect Using Attraction Marketing
Are you using attraction marketing to build your MLM business? As a network marketer, don't you wish for a scenario whereby enthusiastic prospects are eagerly calling you to find out more about your business opportunity and to inquire about how they can join your team? That surely would be an ideal situation. Meanwhile, for masters of attraction marketing, such a scenario is neither a utopia nor a mere wishful thinking. When people like you as a person and are interested in what you're doing with your business, they usually keep up to date with all your activities, hoping to learn from you. Now, what is attraction marketing? Does it work, and or how does it work? In what ways can you incorporate attraction marketing strategies into your network marketing business?Attraction marketing is primarily concerned with providing valuable contents to your potential customers (and even existing ones), such that they'll count themselves fortunate to know you. And as a result of the valuable information you supply them, these prospects in turn are often willing to consider any product or program coming from you or recommended by you.Attraction marketing is a way of leveraging on trust and goodwill. For that reason, I must warn you early on that the benefits of attraction marketing are usually not reaped instantly, any more than we can make people to trust us from day one. Therefore if you decide to implement attraction marketing in your MLM business (which I strongly recommend), then know that you are embarking on a long term strategy that will slowly but surely build you a strong customer base and loyal following. In attraction marketing, you are to shift your focus away from immediate sales or recruiting. The main idea is not to concentrate on sales, but rather to first create a friendly atmosphere that engenders trust. You should focus on providing resources and training which benefit your PROSPECTS FIRST! Now, that may sound a bit strange to some who have become enamored with traditional prospecting methods. But to succeed in applying attraction marketing techniques, you must first learn about people's purchasing philosophy and change your focus. When people patronize your business because they have begun to trust you, your company will grow at a deeper level and at a more accelerated rate.Does it work? Well, why else is it getting more and more popular in the online marketplace? The fact is, this strategy has always worked for every online marketer willing to go for the long haul. When fully and patiently implemented, attraction marketing guarantees bigger long term growth and profits for your business. It will keep willing prospects coming to you, eager to get registered. The basic approach in attraction marketing is rather simple. It revolves around providing valuable information to your prospects. The idea is to demonstrate to them that you truly and fully understand the business you are into, and that you understand it a bit more than the other marketers they might have encountered in the past. Now, this claim of yours is only proven when the information you give solves practical problems for your prospects.Further, you follow this up by teaching them aspects of their business they may not have thought of. Of course, this calls for two things on your part: (1) that you have a clear knowledge of what your prospects are trying to achieve with their businesses and (2) that you are knowledgeable enough to comment on ways they can do it better.Marketers who are perceived as placing a high value on the interests of their clients often have a huge loyal following. That is attraction marketing. Ever since this marketing concept got crystallized a few years ago, it's proven to be the most effective method of prospecting for both online and offline customers. And it works in every industry segment.

Is an MLM Opportunity Product Really Important?
MLM or Multi-Level Marketing hype all sounds the same if you have been looking for an MLM opportunity to join. Even if you get into an opportunity, you are still going to get bombarded with hyped recruitment attempt after hyped recruitment attempt. All of the opportunities that get thrown at you are the best that has ever been in the MLM industry. This is a series of five articles that I am writing to help you determine which opportunity will make you successful and which ones you might want to steer clear of. These articles go over each one of the rules I use to determine whether the opportunity you are presented with is workable or if you need to keep on looking for a worthwhile MLM opportunity. Most people join an opportunity because they fall in love with the product. The reality is that most of the MLM opportunity products are great. They are well researched, well put together. No problems, so is the product really important. While I don't think the product itself is terribly important, it is where the revenue stream should come from so there are a few key points that it must meet.First it should be a great product. Like I said most MLM opportunity products are great. However, some are not. Information is not a product. If you are in an MLM that is selling training or information and that is their only product, it's probably illegal, or at the very least people's interest won't last very long with it. Be careful as well with information MLM opportunities. There are a significant amount of them that are illegal, or border very closely on the illegal. Don't get burned by jumping in to an opportunity that looks too good to be true. It probably is.Watch out for technology. I see a lot of cell phone, website, whatever MLM's popping up all the time. None of them last long, regardless of what your up-line is telling you. One of two things will ultimately happen. Either technology will move too fast and your product will be outdated and you will lose everything that you worked so hard for, or the MLM opportunity that you are in will create a cutting edge research and development department and all of the money that should be in the compensation plan will be wrapped up in keeping your product ahead of technology. Technology is a losing product for MLM opportunities. The product should be value priced. I hear a lot of people justify the high price of their products as just more money for the compensation plan. Here is the reality. It's going to be really hard to get people to pay double for a product when they join your opportunity and sooner or later when they're not making any money your down-line will start thinking the same thing. The product in your MLM opportunity needs to be something value priced that people would buy even if there were no compensation attached. You don't necessarily need to be in love with the product, but it needs to be something that people want and meets the criteria that I have described here. Do your homework and succeed.
