What Does Your List of Biz Requirements Look Like?

These lists have been short but vary by ever author. Some of the lists include.1) Product Viability2) Pay Plan Stability3) Marketability4) Sustainability5) Support and CommunicationThis is just a few of what I have seen. To me these will not lead to your success. I will give you the list that we as a mastermind group have developed, these are people have over 30 yrs in network marketing, seen and dissected many comp. plans and procedures and policies.1) Integrity in the leadership, have the owners of the company ever built a down line in an MLM. They SHOULD NOT be building in the company they own.2) Has the company passed the time failure line, 5-8 years. Pre launch and get in today is not a good idea, if it's great today think how wonderful it will be in 5 years. Most are gone in 2 years.3) Does the company have a remarkable product at a reasonable price IE; can I buy my vitamins at $39.95 retail and you buy yours at $79.95 wholesale, who has to work harder to build their team and customer base?4) A compensation that pays part timer's. This is necessary for you to have retention on your team, if people cannot make some money they will run like the boat is sinking.5) A duplicatable system that everyone can use to build their business. This is the most important as far as I'm concerned. Most team member's are at a different level on their knowledge of networking. You need a system that anyone can do.Now compare my list to the above list and ask yourself...what will really make my business grow?
