Agel Review - Great Opportunity Or Not?

Agel Enterpises LLC, this multilevel marketing company has grown fast since its birth in March 2005 and they now operate in 53 countries. They've capitalized on the growing health & wellness industry, but what's in it for you?A Bit Of HistoryThe founder of this multilevel marketing company goes by the name of Glen Jensen who previously worked in other MLM companies such as Nu Skin Enterprises and Neways, he worked in this industry for 10 years before he began his own company called Agel along with Craig Bradley and it has grown from strength to strength. The ProductsAgel sells 9 different products 'gelceuticals' they call them. These 'gelceuticals are the first ever nutritional products that are suspended in a gel. Their unique selling point is that they don't have to be taken with water. The 9 different products are said to target specific ailments like joint pain, increase energy, reduce appetite and the like. The OpportunityTo become a distibutor you have to buy in to either the personal pack or the exutive kit and at the beginning their is an emphasis on recruiting others so you could start earning commissions. Agel is of course structured how it was meant to be, a multilevel marketing company with a two-leg commission model where you only make commissions off your weaker leg. commissions based on this model is 10%.The Compensation PlanThe founders of Agel have incorporated a compensation plan called quadra-plan. This plan pulls from some elements of compensation plans from some other companies but their is a very confusing twist.Agel sells it's products to you the reseller and you market the products in turn making a profit. The profit made off the lower priced $75 product gives you a 30% commission. Your upline will advise you to of course purchase the executive kit, which makes sense as this should in theory give you the potential to earn more money. The executive kit could range from $450-$600 a month and each executive kit sold will give you $200 as an affiliate.ConclusionAgel has a fantastic line-up of products a great reward structure afraid. But with any business it will take hard work and dedication. If you would like to explode your business then you will need 50 monthly renewals on the executive kit. Beware of anyone giving you over hyped promises, the retention rates in MLM are less than stellar and that holds true even for Agel.I haven't joined this opportunity, I think it could be difficult to build up residuals, however I'd still like to add that Agel could be successful for you if you know how to market. Your success is directly proportionate to how well you market. Get this right and you make it.
