The secret to building a large and successful MLM business is having a professional and duplicatable business model. This should include a robust recruitment and retention strategy. The coaching program I use has been designed to show you how to recruit and retain your MLM team. It uses some very simple, yet effective principles.Treat your MLM business as a business - not a hobby
Make a commitment to every new person you recruit
Get them to make a commitment to you
Teach your recruits what to do, but don't do it for them
Follow the program yourself and become successful. Don't expect other to do what you don't do yourself. Lead from the front.By following these principles, you will develop a successful and duplicatable MLM business. Don't skip any of the steps because they work together, in synergy. Stick to the program and it will work for you. The coaching I use is a complete program that includes developing a successful recruitment program to grow your business AND a blueprint to show your team how to become successful themselves and thus not leave. The program achieves both these in parallel as each new team member needs to know what to do, how to do it and when to do it.Recruitment There are many ways to go about recruiting a team. I have used many, but found two which work far better than all the rest. I don't recommend going door to door passing out cards or flyers, but rather to make effective use of your time. Don't buy in lead lists or spend a fortune on job advert as you will run out of money before your business reaches critical mass. You should choose 2-3 routes to market which should include your warm list (don't overlook the people you know as there is already a level of trust), and an on-line strategy for generating free or subsidised leads.By concentrating on just 2-3 routes to market in parallel, you will focus your efforts and get the most from them. One of the top MLM business builders in the world says don't stop recruiting 2-3 people per week until your income exceeds 10,000 per month. Clearly you will run out of warm list pretty quickly at that rate, which is why you need to have more than one route to market.Retention Attrition, or retention, has always been the biggest problem in the MLM industry. It can be extremely frustrating when new recruits leave before they have even give the business a chance. The main reason for this is they felt they weren't getting the success they expected. This is because the recruiter had not set the right expectations with them up front.A professional business building program will show you how to set the right expectations with your new recruits and teach them how they can get their businesses running on rails. It will help you get the correct balance between recruiting and customer acquisition. Team building is where the long-term, stable money is found, but you and your team will still need to sell your products. My coaching program is the distillation of many years of trial and error in the MLM industry and is what I have used to build my business.
