Reliv MLM - Ready to Look Closely at This Reliv MLM Review?

Reliv joins the MLM community in grandiose style on the surface by presenting you with a website which is built with a beautiful face and professional demeanor to lure you in with. They also make everything relatively straight forward and easy to understand if you're stepping in on the ground floor of the MLM learning curve. Is it all that they promise though? Let's find out.Reliv International came about in 1988 when Sandy and Robert Montgomery decided to make a business plan that would put people back in control of their health and finances. They teamed up with Dr. Kalogris, a micro biologist who had designed a supplement with a formula that he claimed could cover a whole day's worth of nutrition. The Reliv of the present now has a product line with a multitude of products. On the front line of Reliv's roster you will find three starter formulas. They are the Reliv Classic, which is the original nutritional formula, the Reliv Now, obviously the updated version and the Reliv Simplicity, your run of the mill weight-loss formula. The first two formulas are supposed to help you cleans your system of the build-up of toxins from processed food. The last formula is what it is; they tie an appetite suppressant to a meal replacement.Reliv claims to have products for a wide variety of common ailments. You can solve a fluctuating blood sugar level, raise your energy levels, maintain well lubricated joints and so on and so forth. It's even possible all this is true; they give you links to clinical studies on their website. The thing with clinical studies is there is always another one to disprove what the one prior to that has just proved. Something else that might give you pause is the ingredient list.Let me show you.1. Reliv Classic (soy-based)2. Reliv Now (soy-based)3. Ultrim+Plus (soy-based)4. Cellabrate (soy-based)5. GlucAffect (soy-based)6. Herbal Harmony (soy-based)7. A*affect (soy-based)8. Optain! (soy-based)9. ProVantage (soy-based)10. Nutriversal (soy-based)11. ReversAge (a body product line)Have I given you enough hints yet? Unless you've had your head in the sand for the last couple of years you know what I'm hinting at. There is a possibility that soy reduces the body's ability to absorb calcium, iron and magnesium. There's also a possibility that it causes thyroid problems. How about this one; soy may cause infertility, so as the father of three children not wanting to burden my long suffering wife with any more please pass the soy over! Now that I've made your eyebrows rise, most of this probably comes from the same type of "clinical study" that all the good points of soy come from so you're just going to have to make up your own mind on this point (but let me know if you start firing blanks!).As for the actual MLM side of the coin, I have some better news for you. Their compensation plan is easy to understand and seems to work well for quite a few of the members when you look at the testimonials. There are 5 potential streams of income:1. Retail Income: You make anywhere from 20% to 40% in commissions2. Wholesale Income: You receive commission from your personal downline3. Overrides: Any of your distributors that grow their own downlines make you a bit more profit rich.4. Cash Bonuses and Trips: Become a top performer and your eligible for these5. Ambassador Program: If you find yourself reaching the top, you get paid to globetrot and teach/inspire others to do the same. The distributors at Reliv seem to be able to get a handle on the compensation plan and use it to their advantage so that's a plus for this MLM. There doesn't seem to be too many complaints about the company either. Sure, there are a few irate customers, but considering Reliv has been around since 1988, they are bound to have a few. All in all, Reliv comes out looking not too bad at all after a lengthy and somewhat exhausting review (except for the soy, that is).
