Eiro Research was pre launched in the spring of 2009 and was officially started in the fall of the same year. The company, which is based in Garland Texas, specializes in nutrition and health products. Since the company was just founded their product line is relatively small. Their two main products are Eiro and Eiro Energy. The company is a network marketing company which means they use distributors to sell their products instead selling them in stores. In this article however, I would like to spend the majority of the time talking about the company's compensation plan.The company calls its compensation plan "The Quinfinity Plan" which a lot of people know as the hybrid plan. Within the companies plan there are five ways a distributor can make money.1. Fast Start Bonus is where you receive a commission that ranges from 5-35% on everyone that you bring into the company within your first 60 days.2. UniLevel Commissions is based on the volume of sales of your down line tier 1-5. Based on your group's volume you'll receive 3-10%. You must at the rank of a Vice President to attain this bonus.3. Infinity Bonus is where you receive a commission on someone in your down line that achieves the same rank that you're at. You can only receive up to 3% from their volume.4. Check Matching is for senior executive members only.5. You can also receive a commission from all of your retail sales that you have.As you can see there is plenty of way for a person to make money within this company. Eiro Research is a legitimate company that seems to be going in the right direction. Their products seem good and their compensation plan is pretty similar to other MLM companies. The thing that concerns me is that a lot of the bonuses require a person to be at a high leadership position in order to be achievable. This makes it difficult for a person that is just starting out. When it all comes down to it within any network marketing company success comes to those people that have the ability to recruit hundreds of people.
