In network marketing, you should realize that all the products and services revolve around things that you need every single month, so this is why it is important to believe in the product and find the people that the product will help. If you try to slam it in to people who do not need the product or want it, they cancel and you have to find new people every month. I tell people, do not worry about getting other reps, find the customers. You can always convert someone from being a customer to a rep, but most times a rep does not always convert to a customer. Those are the people that look at the business from the standpoint of the compensation plan, and they do not care about the product or its benefits and they will have a hard time moving more product.
