Send Out Cards Business Review - Is This Company Legit Or Not?

Send Out Cards is not just a phrase, it's also a company. The company was founded back in 2003 by Kody Bateman in Salt Lake City Utah; since its beginning the company has done over 42 million in sales. When I was researching this company I found out that the gift card industry is close to an 8 billion dollar industry, which means Send Out Cards has done quite well for its self in such a short time. The company's main focus is to make things as simple as possible for you as a customer. If you're looking to send out a card all you have to do is go onto their website, fill out the necessary information, and then hit send. You don't have to worry about going to the store, buying stamps, getting the card out into mail box, etc. On their website you can choose to one of their standard cards or you can make your own card from scratch. Send Out Cards also offers other gift ideas such as: brownies, cookies, cake, stuffed animals, etc. Most of the company's business is done through their distributors, who make a commission from all of their personal sales and a commission from the sales of those people in their down line. Your down line is just the people you've recruited or people that your recruits have recruited. You make $120-$245 when you get someone to enroll within the company. When someone in your down line enrolls a person you receive anywhere from $1-$125. You also make a few dollars every time someone in your down line attends a company seminar.A person that is truly dedicated to recruiting can do quite well within the company. You've got to be willing and able to talk to everyone you know, host and attend product parties, and attend company hotel seminars. Success generally doesn't happen overnight within MLM companies but with a lot of hard work and persistence you can achieve the level of success you're looking for; it might just take you a few years. If you don't feel comfortable talking to people you know about getting involved with a company or buying product from you then I'd say Send Out Cards probably isn't going to be a good fit for you.

Monavie Complaints - The Real Truth Exposed About FTC Rules

You have probably wondering where did all these complaints come from. Can it be partly to blame on the fact that Monavie was the first company to popularize the health benefits of acai berries back in 2005? Just think about it. It pays to be the first to dominate the market share and Monavie's Dallin Larsen should be proud of this remarkable accomplishment. What is so sad about the health and wellness industry is new companies that are desperately trying to grab a market share of this highly competitive acai berry industry are brainwashing people with their hypnotically negative advertising campaign. And to get people to blog about it and have it go virally out of control is outrageously despicable low-ball online marketing tactics that really can really have some serious repercussions.Monavie Distributors Are To Be Blamed For The Violation Of Guidelines Set By the Monavie OrganizationThe reason why there are so many complaints against them is due to the fact that there are some distributors who are overstating the benefits of what the Monavie fruit juice can do. Let me give you a perfect example.Someone who said "how the Monavie nutrients restored her eyesight" is considered violation of the guidelines set forth in the Monavie distributor handbook pertaining what you can or cannot say. According to the FTC rules and guidelines, only drugs can cure disease and food cannot. As harsh as this may sound, these are just the rules health and wellness companies are dealt with and we must abide by them.If The Juice Did Restore A Person's Eyesite - How Should It Be Worded In Order To Abide By The FTC Rules?Monavie guidelines states that it is not okay for a distributor to state a health benefit that does reflect the typical results people would normally experience. That would require such a statement to be substantiated with scientific studies and so forth. However, Monavie does allow a person to say that they truly believe (believe is the keyword here) that the juice has restored their eyesight. By using such terms, you are not stating the typical results (typical is the keyword here) what people are going to experience. This is where people can get in trouble with the law with regard to claims that seem too good to be true.If someone told you that they truly "believe" that the juice products have restored their eyesight, you will know it is a valid statement of opinion as opposed to a valid statement of fact.Monavie Is Attempting To Crack Down On Those Who Are In Violation Of Their Guidelines As It Relates To The FTC RulesMonavie has set up a compliance department to notify those distributors who are violating the terms of their distributorship agreement via advertisement methods that make claims about the product's capacity to cure an ailment or disease. And if those advertisement methods consist of article marketing or blogging that gets picked up by other bloggers who then circulate that information throughout the internet, there is no way the distributor can systematically remove that article post at the request of Monavie's compliance department. So the distributor can lose his or her distributorship as a result of such incidences. What is even more scarier is that there are people who deliberately falsify the identity of other reputable distributors by creating a blog in their name and deliberately make outrageous claims about products and services that could get land those reputable distributors in hot water. Not too long ago, I had some distributor from Monavie requested me to remove a blog post I had made regarding the income earnings of one well known distributor. I was told that my statement could land that distributor in hot water. I abided by their request and removed the post. Yikes.

Most Global Information Network Members Missed Marketing Class 101

For the most part, many Global Information Network members are absolutely struggling to make money with the opportunity.Truthfully, it's not just Global Information Network (GIN) folks who go through this. It's pretty much network marketing industry standard that the majority of people trying to make it work flat out struggle. One of the things that upsets me about MLM is that there are a lot of upline "leaders" who don't provide quality help and education to their downlines regarding what it takes to be successful.Too many well-meaning multi-level marketers are doing exactly what their leaders tell them to do, struggling mightily and then deciding that MLM is all a big scam. This happens primarily because the education provided in most organizations centers around techniques that are really kind of dated. Most people, and this includes the majority of Global Information Network members, are trying to market exclusively to their "warm market". This may have been great in 1975 or 1985, but today there's a better way.Don't get me wrong, though. I'm not saying that making a list of family and friends, using the 3-foot rule, collecting business cards, holding hotel meetings, etc doesn't work. What I am saying is that there are important online methods that must be taught and utilized in more GIN/MLM organizations. The warm market techniques work best for someone with a large network of associates. Someone like a doctor, attorney, salesperson, real estate agent, etc can absolutely build a thriving network marketing business by using the "old" warm market methods. This is because they have quite a few people in their warm market. In addition, their warm market leads look at them in a favorable, leadership type of way. But, what about the guy or girl who has a limited warm market or isn't really seen in a positive light by their warm market when it comes to business? This is the person who ends up quitting after talking to Uncle Fred, Aunt Martha, and his two drinking buddies (who, of course, tell him he's crazy to try this weird Global Information Network "thing").If what I'm saying is resonating with you...if you're a person who desperately wants to win in MLM but are simply exasperated and at a loss when it comes to seeing how you can build a successful network marketing business, understand that you CAN make this work. All you need to do is open yourself up to the world of Internet marketing, my friend. Once you do, you'll happily discover an entire world (literally) at your fingertips. You'll find that you can begin generating one, five, twenty, even 50 leads a day that are actually targeted prospects looking for help in MLM.Here's what you should do...commit for the next six months that you will investigate and soak up all the knowledge you possibly can about MLM Internet marketing techniques.Learn about article marketing, video marketing, viral marketing, hub page marketing, Pay-Per-Click marketing (such as Google's AdWords program), social media marketing (such as Facebook or Twitter), forum marketing, etc. These are "attraction marketing" methods that pull the people in to your marketing funnel that want to know more. These are people who are asking about your GIN business. If more Global Information Network members understood this, more people would be winning and enjoying much better lifestyles.Make sure you're one of the winners. Commit now to learning how to win in GIN.

The Time of the Entrepreneur

America especially had always venerated the entrepreneur. An individual willing to risk it all on creating their own income stream. No boss, no board, no bank. Just the individual doing it all the way. The cowboy. (Cowgirl - cowperson?)This is really what sets the USA apart. I live in Canada, and though we share the same landscape and border, the Canadian mentality is more...what shall we say... more compromising. An American (stereotypically) is driven, ambitious, aggressive and believes 'I can do it, my way god darnit'. A Canadian is more live and let live and lets just all get through this together. In business that tends to mean that Canada has less per person productivity than the USA. Not because Canada is less smart or less anything in any real way, except one. Risk. The stereotypical Canadian will minimize risk (see our banking system which didn't collapse in the economic meltdown, because fat cats and monopolies that they are, they don't like big risk)Now this is generalizing and going for risk after all has allowed the USA to virtually bring down the entire worlds economy, and allowed China to put itself in a very important position economically and possibly will have irretrievable hurt the US in terms of its number 1 ranking for all time - but, thems the breaks.Anyway...Lets get back to the entrepreneur before I ride off in all directions at onceIts a fact, in terms of business, in terms of lifestyle - a successful entrepreneur has everything else beat hands down (except A list Male Hollywood actors perhaps ) (Oh and politicians - a free ride all the way - but -)But an entrepreneur, the concept of an individual making it without the safety net of a job or big company environment, is risky. Most people have jobs because jobs are easier. To get.But jobs have no life attached to them. Most people 'work' because they don't like the risk. Most countries don't do as well, productivity wise, as The US because the population avoids risk.Be the cowboy/cowgirl. The wild spirited one. Its risky, but its a great life. Why?Entrepreneur - The true possibility of financial freedom at best and the reality of financial control of your life, at worst. If you do not control the engine of your income, you have no control. If you have a job, you can be let go fired at any time for reasons that have nothing to do with your work, or accomplishments. If you have a position with a financial ceiling - a job, a tenured position etc, then you can only make what is given, not what you can earn. However -If you create your own business, and you keep at it until it proves successful, and it has scale (that is your earning ceiling is only limited by your ambition) then you have possibilities. Then you can create a lifestyle second to none, because you can have an income stream, independent of you time input. Financial freedom. And an income stream not in the hands of a boss or board. However it will be in the hands of a marketplace, so:Top 3 things to look for in your entrepreneurial search:1) Make it something you want to do. Really want to do - this is how you are going to spend most of your waking hours, make it something that drives you.2) Make sure your business can scale. Up. Examine the marketplace you want to be in, can it sustain you making millions? You might not ever want to make that much. But if you felt like it, could you? And in bad times will that marketplace sustain you?3) Make sure, I repeat, make sure, you can get you time back out at some point in the future. If it will always take YOU working at the thing to keep it going, and there's no way to back you time out - you have a job, you are the boss and the employee. You have income, but no life.4) Realize Risk is all. Not money as much as time and emotional commitment. You are going to have throw everything you have got behind the project. And when it fails (it might) be prepared to throw everything you've got into the next, and the next, until you make it work (it will)Risk as in attitude, not as in throwing your family's saving at something with no safety net. Not risk as in craziness without thought. Risk as in; no-one else believes in it, no one else sees it, no-one else is prepared to work this hard, no one else can see how it will possibly work -What do they know?5) take advice only from those who have what you want. Again I repeat take advice only from those who have what you want. It doesn't matter if its your parents, your best friend, your rich neighbor, if they do not have what you want - in this case, creating an income stream that is self sufficient unto itself, and that can make them millionaires. They have no say. After all these days Frank Kern can make 1 million or so in an hour - and GM and top wall street financial institutions are bankrupt. If you are not American, then absorb their driving spirit enough to make your life financially free. Believe in becoming accountable for your own future. Absorb the risk. When people are financially free they can help others. You have time and money. Its good to send money to Haiti or Chile, its better to go down there and help with your own hands, put the 'aid' directly into the right hands. Its good to care about your kids. Its better to have a life where you can be with them when they need you because you have created time in your life. The entrepreneur is a French word - but its America's gift to the world.Take the gift.

Is 21Ten the Real Deal, Or Just Another Flash in the Pan?

21Ten is a new network marketing company that provides a powdered nutritional drink that is said to promote anti-aging, an increase in natural energy, mood enhancement, and immune system support. The company is owned by a 25-year veteran of the MLM industry so you know they have some staying power. The compensation plan offers up front bonuses designed to make distributors profitable quickly and pairs that with a residual plan that will pay consistently over time (provided you can build up a network of distributors and customers.)When reviewing a new company it is just as important to assess how strongly you believe in their products as it is to assess what they bring to the table. Almost every network marketing compensation plan offers a great deal of earning potential, but you as a distributor MUST BELIEVE that the product has value in order for you to be successful. Assuming your belief is there, 21Ten has to have the management team and leadership in place to create a long term company so you can build your business over time.Only time will tell how successful 21Ten will be in this industry but it does seem that they have the product, tools, and management in place to last for a long time. The network marketing business model requires companies to have distributors that have the proper training and skills to allow them to build a solid customer base and a good reputation in the marketplace. Huge numbers of people get frustrated and quit their businesses before they are able to achieve any financial results because they lack the skills and knowledge that the top distributors leverage to create huge incomes for themselves. The key to avoiding this problem is to approach 21Ten as an entrepreneur, not just a rep of the company. Understand that your business is not selling and marketing their products, but your business is YOU and the value bring to the table as a sponsor. Develop your marketing and leadership skills and you will be able to attract more distributors and customers which will ensure your success with this company or any other.

Do Your Friends Know You Are in Network Marketing?

Have you ever been surprised by a friend, who one day told you they were in a network marketing business? And when you ask them how long they have been in it they tell you it has been months, or even a year or more. You find it hard to believe that they never told you they were in business. Why do so many people get involved with an MLM company and then never tell their friends? Are the embarrassed? Are they not serious about their business? Or are they simply afraid of what their friends may say? There are any number of reasons why people don't tell their friends, and whatever the reason may be, it is not a valid reason. If you are in business then you need customers. And to get customers, people have to know you are in business. The more people who know you are in business the more potential customers, or business associates you have. It is really quite simple. If you want to build a successful business then tell others you are in business. And many of those other people will be your friends. Will all of them support you in your efforts? Of course not, but you will never know how many will support you unless you let them know you are in business. Too many people feel that the negative connotations related to the network marketing industry are such that it will keep them from telling their friends. If you are serious about building a strong network marketing business then it will not matter what some of your friends say about your business. Most people have so many misconceptions about the MLM industry that they really don't understand how the industry actually works. These people just don't understand. But you do! You have seen the potential of network marketing. Don't let what other people think about network marketing keep you from telling others you are in the business. You have an opportunity to educate others about the industry and the good aspects of the business. You have to be confident about your business. Don't be afraid to tell your friends. Most of those you know will admire you for taking some initiative to start a home based business. In fact, many wish that they had the same initiative as you, but they just don't have the confidence. You will be surprised at the number of your friends who will support you in your efforts. Now that does not mean that you "pester" your friends to the point of becoming annoying. Doing so is a sure way to turn your fiends against you. Once you inform them about your products or opportunity, let them make the next move. All you have to do is tell your friends about your business. If they are interested they will let you know. But the main thing is that you have to let them know you are in business. If you don't tell them I'm sure your competitors also won't. Build your business by telling your friends.

Success in Network Marketing - Can I Be Successful?

Speak to any network marketer, the more successful they are, the more open they will be about the "doubt" that had in the beginning. In today's economy starting a business... any business... opens the door to uncertainty. But let's face it, the days of working for a company for 50 years, getting your own parking space in the company parking lot, and retiring with that gold watch are gone!.Its time to wake up and realize you need to look out for #1, because no one else is going to do that for you! Having conversed with many successful marketers, here are the two main "thoughts" I have collected, that each new entrepreneur should address.Pick the Right MLM Company:There are thousands of "opportunities" out there in the world. You need to go slow and analyze your options. Most people have been through the interview process looking for a job, now the shoe is "on the other foot." You are interviewing the company to see if you are a good fit for them. Carefully review their position in the marketing world and their financials.Use their products. You will need to have your own personal testimonial on the success you have had with your MLM and their products. People will be looking into your eyes and they need to really believe you think this is a good product.Review their compensation plan. Be very cautious of MLM companies that require you to bring other people into the company in order to even get your start money back. You need to be an independent person. If you can't cover costs by yourself, how can others believe you are making the money they want?Get the Necessary Training:Most companies still follow the traditional marketing tactics of the 60's of "friends and family". In today's world you need some serious Network marketing training to be successful. You need to position yourself on the Web, and drive targeted traffic to that site, so you have serious people to show your products and services to.This may require you to go to an outside source for this training. Research this expense and allocate enough of your startup capital to this endeavor. You don't want a garage full of "product" and no one to speak to.In Conclusion:If you take network marketing seriously, pick the right company, and get the necessary training, then success is a real possibility. If you don't take it seriously, then after about 3 months, you will be using some nasty 4 letter words... like fail... and quit.
