Are There Any Bench Warmers on Your MLM Team?

What do I mean by "bench warmer"? You know that sports teams have people on the team who don't often play. In MLM, I am referring to those people who joined your downline as a distributor but now:
They never answer your calls and never return them
They always have a reason why they are too busy to work the business
They complain about the products or the company (or you!)
They tell you they don't know what to do
They are uncomfortable with what you are suggesting they do
These people fall into three groups. They are:
People who only joined to make you happy or shut you up
People who are focusing on negative emotions (fear, anger, sadness, etc.)
People who cannot do what you do because of their personality
The first group shouldn't even be in your business, because they don't want a business. How did you get them to join? Did you drag them over the finish line? Did you push or convince? If so, you were wasting your time (and theirs!) and likely ruined a good relationship. STOP doing that! The second group needs self development. We should all be constantly improving ourselves. But this group in particular needs to gain self-confidence, get rid of fears and negative emotions, and learn to live in positive emotions and in the present (but with big dreams for the future!) They need to uncover their burning desire and develop the faith that it can be obtained and the knowledge that they deserve success. Only then can they get into productive action. You can't force them to work on themselves, you can only offer the help. Without it they will never build a team. The third group needs to understand their personality type, and so do you! You cannot effectively mentor someone without understanding this! Some types (together being 70% of the population) need to find targeted leads (they don't deal with rejection well) and build relationships. They can't "close" people so don't waste your time teaching them how to. For others (the other 30%) this method will seem way too slow as they could sponsor a chair if they wanted! Their only issue: they end up with lots of bench warmers! Why? They close the wrong people (ending up with the first group) and they teach everyone to approach anyone (including friends and family), cold call, buy leads, and close the deal! Some may be able to do this, but only those with the personality that fits this method will succeed. If you want a truly successful long-term business, do NOT ignore your bench warmers and just keep replacing them by sponsoring more. You'll never retire! Take the time to figure out which category they fall into and what their personality type is. Then you can mentor them effectively if they do indeed have the burning desire to succeed.

Learn How to Be Successful in Network Marketing

Are you perplexed about what a network marketer is? In order to be successful in the profession of network marketing you need to understand what it is. There is a lot of negative press about network marketing companies. What you probably didn't know is that there are a lot of big name companies that are network marketing companies such as: Time Warner, Remington, Citi Group, Sara Lee, Jockey, Hallmark, Vanity Fair and Nestle.Another business term that has a lot of bad press is Multi Level Marketing companies. Do you realize that mostly all companies are multi level? Just take the time to think about it. For example, a company's internal structure starts with a President, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Director, Senior Managers, Managers, Supervisors, and then staff. Most people start at the bottom and work their way to the top. Most people never make it all the way to the top. However, in a network marketing business you start at the top and build your company under you. You are the C.E.O. of your own company!A network marketing company is not a get rich quick scheme. It is neither a pyramid scam nor the lottery ticket in hope to become rich.It is a home based business that requires several qualifications:Hard work- the more time you put in, the more you will get out of the businessFocus- so that you never lose sight of why you are in businessCommitment- that you will allow time for the business to develop and build a solid foundation, 18-24 months, this is not a sprintPersistence- that you won't give upDedication- so that you can succeedNetwork Marketers are never working by themselves; they have a team to work with. A network marketer works with people they choose to work with and enjoys working with them. Imagine working with people you like to work with, people with a positive outlook like you, who think and want the same things like you do.There are many famous people already involved in network marketing: Warren Buffet (owned 3 network marketing companies), Sir Richard Branson (owns Virgin Airlines) and Donald Trump. What you should look for in a network marketing business is:
a business that with pennies on the dollar, you can earn profits (potentially significant profits) by following a simple model for sharing the opportunity with others
a business that provides the opportunity for free training
a business that provides the opportunity for personal and professional development because as you grow and develop, so will your business
a business that is easily duplicated
a business that already has a system in place, including a marketing system

Making Your Multi Level Business Work For YOU!

Statistically speaking, no matter what product your MLM represents, the cost of entry, type of compensation plan, or stage of the business, the harsh reality is that 97-99% people who get into a network marketing (MLM) businesses will fail. Now to be fair, 95% of all small businesses fail within the first 5 years. This means that all types of businesses face challenges, some work through the challenges to survive and thrive, while others just can't and must shut their doors. There are lots of reasons why businesses fail, some internal and some external, however, failing at an MLM does not have to be inevitable, especially if the company and products are solid and in demand. There are some realities about the MLM concept that make it difficult, but knowledge is power and the problems that arise from these realities can be avoided.Reality 1 - Even though MLM recruiters talk extensively about "taking control" and "owning your own business", when you sign up to become involved with an MLM, you do not technically "own your own business". You own a piece of a money-making system. If one starts their own business, say as a plumber, the plumber make the rules, does the marketing, hires the employees, manages customer service, pays the bills and generally runs the whole business. When joining a MLM, you plug into a system that provides products to sell, a web site and other marketing materials (which must be purchased) some training and the ability to build a team. Success depends on effort, but in the long run the company does hold the fate of those efforts in their hands. Research the leaders, the industry the consumer cost of products and the market prospects before signing up. Too many people join a MLM from an emotional place instead of using a logical, business approach. No one would buy any other business with the same cavalier approach that is seen in the MLM industry.Reality 2 - Your success depends on your efforts. You must be willing to take responsibility for the activities that you need to do to be successful. A common mistake the many folks make when investigating the whole idea of joining an MLM is that they don't consider what they will have to do to be successful. They think that they can sponsor a few people and sell a little product in the neighborhood and pick up their six-figure paycheck. The reality is that being a multi-level marketer might be the hardest job you will ever do. You will have to set time aside each week to work your business and approach it with a systematic work regimen.Reality 3 - You are going to have to sell something. Many people recruit a team by telling them that they are never going to have to sell anything and then wonder why these recruits don't stay in the business. If someone approaches you with this line don't walk, but run away. If you don't like to "sell" you can learn some good relationship sales techniques so that when you have to talk to people about your product,(and you will) your approach will be much more authentic and produce good results. But be assured you are going to sell something, if only yourself.Reality 4 - You can find just about anything represented by a MLM model so don't just jump into the first pool on the street. If you are considering a MLM, chances are good that you are doing so because a friend or co-worker has introduced you to their company. Perhaps you like the products and feel you could sell them. You may even be comfortable with the investment and compensation plan. Don't sign up right away. The reality is that there are a large number of MLM companies out there. If you have decided that doing a MLM is a good option for you, take your time and look at all your options. Study the compensation plans, training, marketing systems to plug into and cost of product. Just because your friend or relative loves their company is not a good enough reason for you to sign up with them. You may even consider having a friend or coach help you choose the best option for you.Reality 5 - The most successful MLMers in the business did not get to there just talking to family and friends. The reality of the business today is that you are likely going to talk to more than just your friends and family. I coach my clients and team members in the MLM I represent to avoid starting with family and friends unless they want to start with these folks. I also teach them how to build their business using purchased leads because I believe it gives them a fighting chance at success. It is much easier to face rejection from perfect strangers than from family and friends. It is also easier to go to family and friends to talk about your business when you have experienced some success sponsoring and selling.Reality 6 - Building a MLM is not cheap. While it is true that one does not spend the same amount of money on a MLM that one would spend to buy a franchise or start and brick and mortar business from scratch, there are costs associated to building a MLM. You will network, buy leads, pay for web sites and marketing materials, not to mention the cost of buying your product and paying your entrance fee. It is completely unrealistic to think that one can start a business for nothing, so do NOT let people convince you otherwise.Reality 7 - You need help to grow your business. Whether it is your sponsor, or your sponsor's sponsor, or you hire a coach, find someone that can keep you encouraged, share wisdom, hold you accountable and move you forward. If you can't find someone in your organization, hire a business coach who specializes in MLM businesses, it will make the difference in your success.Realty 8 - It is not enough that you like the product, there must be a market and others must be willing to buy the product. As I said earlier there are more and more products out there that are sold using the MLM model. I buy lots of products from MLMers, but I sell only what I believe there is a good market for. I have learned that just because I love something, does not mean everyone else will buy it. Cost is not an obstacle if it is something most people like and generally need. Avoid getting involved in a company with a product you have to explain too much and that is solving a problem that you have to convince people they have. Look for products that fill an obvious need.Multi-level marketing is an opportunity that provides success for many people. If you are considering getting involved with a MLM the chances of success are good if you leverage the experience of others, the power of internet-marketing and your own determination to drive your success. Don't be afraid to ask hard questions and do your research. Remember knowledge is power, the more you know the better your chances of choosing a company that will give you the freedom and independence you are seeking.

Money Making Opportunities Uncovered

So what are the money making opportunities online? Quite a few as it turns out. From Affiliate and network marketing to traditional MLM your choices are almost unlimited. But before you run out and join the first thing that crosses your screen take the time to do your due diligence. After all if this is it the money making opportunity of a life time it will still be there tomorrow. There is no reason to hurry. On the other hand it you can hardly contain your excitement then why not. You never learned to swim without getting your feet wet, right?Well think again. Remember if you are new to marketing and marketing online you a minnow in a tank full of sharks. Sharks who have experience and have been around since the internet was born. Professionals who know how to write copy that has you reaching for your credit card before you finish reading their copy. Only to find later late the promised down lines don't materialize and you can't get your sponsor on the phone. This can be an expensive lesson. So before you sign on the dotted line find out who it is you are partnering with. Are they a leader or are they connected to one? How long have they been working the opportunity? What has been their experience? Are they able to connect with their sponsor for support? Is there training available? Are commissions paid on time? However at the end of the day your choice of Money making opportunities will depend on your willingness to work the program. If you find yourself in a program that lacks leadership you will have to become the leader you don't have!

Want Your Network Marketing Team to Blast Off? Proven Strategies to Grow Your Downline

Face it - we have all been there. Your team knows what to do: they put in the hours doing sales calls, networking, and tapping every opportunity to expand their business. They work on business skills, take a seminar on social networking, and really try to have a positive attitude. If they're doing everything right, it makes you wonder why sales are not through the roof and why you are not experiencing any growth. Could it be that there is more at play here than business as usual?Experience working with top executives has shown me that the symptoms that many organizations cite as stifling business - burnout, stagnation, indecision, lack of creativity, lack of motivation, and lack of productivity - are all related to one thing that many people do not think about: apathy."Hey - I'm not apathetic," you say. "I care about what I do!"But apathy is not indifference. It is actually more common than you think. Take a look at my working definition of apathy: a natural, human instinct, common to us all, that consistently encourages us to seek a comfort zone in which nothing ever changes. You can relate with that, right? Don't worry - most of the executives I have worked with can relate as well. Take, for instance, Ann who is a young, bright, rising star of one of our clients. She was on a fast track for success, but hit a wall. She was exhausted, hadn't had a new idea in months, and felt like life was nothing but work. It was getting to the point that her boss was concerned about her performance, even though she had great potential. It turned out that Ann found security in staying busy and overworked. Her apathy (comfort zone) came from maintaining the pace of a superhero, which allowed her to never face her insecurities about her competency.Another case study of mine, Al, is the CEO of a small company with 50 employees. Though brimming with confidence, he lacked confidence in his people. He didn't trust anyone to get the job done right, so he just did it himself. His leadership team felt that he had a great work ethic, but they knew that he did not trust them to get anything accomplished. He was completely unaware of the damage his behavior was causing his company. The common denominator of every organization in the world is people. Every day, people show up for work and bring with them their own unique set of values, beliefs, and behaviors. Effective leadership development is necessary for every level of any organization, from the CEO to the stock room clerk. Organizations without a proactive leadership development program at every level of their organization are prime targets for the forces of apathy. How does recognizing apathy translate to more business growth for you?A few years back, I was working with a significant international company in the food services industry. The company had been operational since the 1970s and had grown revenues to a high of over 200 million dollars. However, when I looked at the company's past, I found that the company had leveled off three years prior and was in the beginning stages of decline. I immediately began to talk with the leaders about the forces of apathy. They were surprised at my concern and somewhat indignant at the suggestion of apathy. They were, after all, debt free with operating capital in the bank; they though they were doing just fine. Just fine is not good enough. Every organization must choose growth. The only alternative to growth is decline. There is no other position for an organization in planning its future. My first step was to generate a new level of awareness of the available untapped potential existing among the leadership team. From this new level of awareness among the leadership team, I started a proactive leadership development process for the top leaders. An appropriate level of leadership development was then implemented at every level of the organization. The company began a new phase of growth within 24 months and has never looked back, and you can do the same thing with your business!STRATEGY #1: It all starts with awareness, so you are halfway there.Effective leadership begins with an awareness of how the forces of apathy affect the organization and its people. Without an awareness of the forces of apathy, people become stuck in ineffective and unproductive comfort zones of their own design, while ineffective leaders focus on the symptoms of their people problems. This leads us to the next strategy.STRATEGY #2: STOP trying to fix the symptoms! One of the most common training and development mistakes I find is where organizations begin designing training programs to fix what has been broken: a communication seminar to fix communication problems, a clerical skills seminar to fix a department's lack of focus, or a policies seminar to fix attention to detail. Obviously, the problems are never "fixed" because the organizations are only working on symptoms, never the real problem.STRATEGY #3: Equip your downline with the 4 personal powers Apathy, as a natural, human instinct, is counterbalanced with certain personal powers - choice, vision, attraction, and courage - that were strategically included in our creative, human design. These personal powers are available to everyone, but without some understanding of why these personal powers are important, they are usually ignored as motivational fluff or insignificant soft skills. An awareness and understanding of these counterbalancing personal powers can serve as a future foundation for a consistent leadership development model that makes good common sense. Now that you know about apathy, get to work on identifying areas where apathy may have set in with your business, share what you know with your team, and start implementing these 3 strategies. You will be well on your way to taking your team to the next level of effectiveness. You CAN overcome the negative forces of apathy!

Facebook - Network Marketing Strategy

Why is Facebook marketing so powerful? Facebook's the #1 worldwide social network site. It allows you to expand your social network and helps you make friends with different people from other countries you may never have encountered in person. It's also the current fastest growing social networking site. The meaning of social network is creating a great relationship with others and shares your thoughts to people online. Facebook can be a great marketplace if you know what to do. Here are three ideas of marketing on Facebook.1. Share Your Knowledge and Not OpportunityHow do you create a great relationship with others? The answer is trust. Just by telling people your products and network opportunities won't work, but by sharing your knowledge with others will help gain their trust. People don't want to hear how great your company is or how valuable your products are, they want to be able to know you and become friends. Things like hobby, schooling, or even where you come from. Trust is the universal key to all successful businesses whether it's online or real life.2. Never Spam Your BusinessSpamming social network is a huge mistake. You never want to post your market links on your friend's profiles. It gives off the impression that you're just another marketer who's only after their money. So how do you promote your products if you can't post your market links on Facebook? You don't need to promote your links to get sales. The key is to increase your personal value in the friendship you've created. That will bring your success. "Being the hunted, not the hunter."3. Be ConsistentEverything takes time in order to increase their value. Marketing is a long term career. The great result can't be seen overnight. By using social network sites, this can actually build trust and create bonds with people that you're going to meet. It's the most popular way to grow your business. You must frequently contact people and connect with them every single day.

Michael Clouse and Nexera - A Critical Review

Michael Clouse is the editor of Nexera e-news, a publishing company that produces materials to assist people in the MLM industry. He is also a popular speaker at MLM conferences, and the author of many books on the subject of MLM success as well. While he has many fans and supporters, he is not without his critics. Let's take a closer look at this MLM guru.Michael Clouse: Sales and MotivationSelling and motivating is really what Clouse is all about. He has quality stuff on mindset and motivation, but the issue for me was with his prospecting systems. He advocated going out to public places like airports, coffee shops, etc, and handing out business cards and "meeting people". The system was about building a friendship, and then recruiting your new friend into your network marketing business. After a person makes a new friend, you are supposed to follow up and 3-way them into a sizzle call, and then a meeting, and finally get an upline leader on the phone to close the deal.I tried it myself back in my early days, and was promptly escorted out of many a retail store. Those that had pity and gave me the time of day lost patience when I plugged them into a sizzle call. After several experiences like that, I decided to stop that type of stuff altogether, and focus on the skill of lead generation. While prospecting/presenting/closing is important, it doesn't matter if you're spending your time with leads that don't want what you have. The best salesman in the world won't get anywhere trying to sale makeup to a 60 year old male Vietnam vet!Make sure you give lead generation as much attention as you do the other systems in your business - otherwise, you'll find yourself as a salesperson with nobody to sell to.

Monavie Complaints - The Real Truth Exposed About FTC Rules

You have probably wondering where did all these complaints come from. Can it be partly to blame on the fact that Monavie was the first company to popularize the health benefits of acai berries back in 2005? Just think about it. It pays to be the first to dominate the market share and Monavie's Dallin Larsen should be proud of this remarkable accomplishment. What is so sad about the health and wellness industry is new companies that are desperately trying to grab a market share of this highly competitive acai berry industry are brainwashing people with their hypnotically negative advertising campaign. And to get people to blog about it and have it go virally out of control is outrageously despicable low-ball online marketing tactics that really can really have some serious repercussions.Monavie Distributors Are To Be Blamed For The Violation Of Guidelines Set By the Monavie OrganizationThe reason why there are so many complaints against them is due to the fact that there are some distributors who are overstating the benefits of what the Monavie fruit juice can do. Let me give you a perfect example.Someone who said "how the Monavie nutrients restored her eyesight" is considered violation of the guidelines set forth in the Monavie distributor handbook pertaining what you can or cannot say. According to the FTC rules and guidelines, only drugs can cure disease and food cannot. As harsh as this may sound, these are just the rules health and wellness companies are dealt with and we must abide by them.If The Juice Did Restore A Person's Eyesite - How Should It Be Worded In Order To Abide By The FTC Rules?Monavie guidelines states that it is not okay for a distributor to state a health benefit that does reflect the typical results people would normally experience. That would require such a statement to be substantiated with scientific studies and so forth. However, Monavie does allow a person to say that they truly believe (believe is the keyword here) that the juice has restored their eyesight. By using such terms, you are not stating the typical results (typical is the keyword here) what people are going to experience. This is where people can get in trouble with the law with regard to claims that seem too good to be true.If someone told you that they truly "believe" that the juice products have restored their eyesight, you will know it is a valid statement of opinion as opposed to a valid statement of fact.Monavie Is Attempting To Crack Down On Those Who Are In Violation Of Their Guidelines As It Relates To The FTC RulesMonavie has set up a compliance department to notify those distributors who are violating the terms of their distributorship agreement via advertisement methods that make claims about the product's capacity to cure an ailment or disease. And if those advertisement methods consist of article marketing or blogging that gets picked up by other bloggers who then circulate that information throughout the internet, there is no way the distributor can systematically remove that article post at the request of Monavie's compliance department. So the distributor can lose his or her distributorship as a result of such incidences. What is even more scarier is that there are people who deliberately falsify the identity of other reputable distributors by creating a blog in their name and deliberately make outrageous claims about products and services that could get land those reputable distributors in hot water. Not too long ago, I had some distributor from Monavie requested me to remove a blog post I had made regarding the income earnings of one well known distributor. I was told that my statement could land that distributor in hot water. I abided by their request and removed the post. Yikes.

A Home Based Dot-Com Business vs a Franchise

Being your own boss is many people's dream, whether it's having a dot-com company or buying into a franchise. Before we were all hit with the wonders of the World Wide Web, for many people franchises were seen to be an escape from the daily rat race and to have more freedom, but unfortunately that dream of reality is harder to achieve than you think and at that an expensive one. Then there are countless online businesses, which allow you the option to work from home. You don't have to be a whiz kid on a computer to be successful, no matter what myths you've heard. Internet marketing or digital marketing, as it's sometimes known has changed drastically over the years and is vastly becoming more of a reliable option to promote your business and products. 18.3 million households in the UK (that's 70%) had Internet access in 2009 and the numbers have been increasing year on year. So, let's weigh this up and compare a franchise to an Internet business. Most franchises you'll find are health and fitness related companies, food chains, financial services, pet stores, the list is endless, but before you even get your business off the ground you need to buy into the franchise, think about your competition, will it be successful in the location. Then you have added extras that soon mount up. Legal fees, licenses and permits (if you want to sell alcohol for example), the rental of the property, utility bills, staff wages etc etc. If you are willing to put in hours upon hours and thousands upon thousands, then great, this type of business could be for you, but why would you want to do this when there is a better alternative? The boom in the 1990's saw many people setting up their business online. The Internet has some great opportunities out there if you sift through all the scams, and believe me, the internet is full of them, but if you do your due diligence and put in the hours to research then you'll find some great products to market and put to test your budding entrepreneurial skills to good use. To gain the knowledge to actually market these products, you'll need to be taught how and the company that leads the field is YourNetBiz. You don't need to know anything about JavaScript or html codes, it's all about techniques and your approach. There are some excellent training resources where you can learn a whole new world that is very simple when you know how. I gained fruitful skills and knowledge from the business I now work in that is now making me a success online.Don't get me wrong, franchises do work, and digital marketing is not for everyone. Whatever path you decide to take in finding an alternative business, I wish you the best of luck of finding success.

Stay committed! If you're willing to be committed nothing else you do is going to make any difference.

MLM Marketing Tip - Getting a New Blog to Rank in a Hurry

Yesterday, I was on Jason Better's blog and the topic he wrote about was some really good backlinking strategies. The only concern that I had was that there are a lot of people getting on that blog and if they don't know a lot about SEO, they might take those recommendations and implement them the wrong way. Here is an explanation to why your new site isn't ranking and how you can get around it.The big determining factors in ranking a website are the number of backlinks, proper structure, page rank, and authority. Well, if you have a new site, you probably only have a few of the above. With that being said, you can get pieces of content that you post on your website ranking easily (i.e. video, articles, blog posts, etc.).The best way to describe the process is to imagine your new site as a cinder block in the bottom of the ocean. Each piece of content you put on your site is a buoy. As you add links back to each piece of content, the air will fill up in the buoy and begin to float to the top. Once you add enough buoys, the cinderblock will eventually begin lifting off the ground and begin ranking as a result of the authority of the content. Hope this isn't crystal clear as mud, but am trying to retell the analogy the way I learned it from the SEO gurus. In light of this, the way to get your site to rank a lot quicker is to point your links back to your content instead of your main page or sub pages like most people do. When you put out an article, video, or blog post on your site go out and comment, get some social bookmarks, post the content on another site with the links pointing back to the original piece of content. Ranking the content this way is a lot easier and quicker for new sites.Hopefully this clears up any confusion people are having on getting stuff to rank. I have a feeling a lot of people, who only dabble in SEO, have been pointing all of their links back to the wrong place and wondering why their stuff isn't ranking.

Top Reasons Why People Join MLM Companies

Multi-Level Marketing, MLM for short, is a marketing strategy that has gained widespread use around the world. Many people, especially work-at-home mothers, have made a fortune out of marketing and selling MLM products. From vitamins, food supplements, cosmetics, to household items, these people have sold every product imaginable to earn income. However, MLM has received bad rap over the years. This is primarily due to the fact that a lot of MLM companies fail and shut down, leaving people who paid high registration fees hopeless and poorer. These MLM companies are those that run pyramid schemes -- they have no "legit" product to sell. Theirs is a get rich quick scheme that depends only on the registration fees or money put up by new members to pay existing distributors.Despite this fact, many people still join MLM companies. Of course, the companies they are joining are legit MLM companies that have real products to sell. Here we list the top three reasons why people are joining MLM companies as distributors, sales consultants or franchisers.1. They don't have to quit their day job to join MLM -- Professionals who join such MLM companies as Mary Kay and Arbonne, both personal care companies, do so to earn money on the side. They actually use their network at work to market and sell their products. For example, working women sell Mary Kay cosmetics to their female colleagues.2. They love the products -- A lot of people join MLM companies not because they want to make a business out of it, but because they love the products that these companies are selling and they would like to get discounts when they buy those products for themselves. Many consumers of Herbalife food supplements join the company's MLM network for this very reason. It's just an added bonus that they earn money from promoting the product3. They have a source of residual income -- People who recruit others into the MLM company they belong to earn commissions from the sales for their recruits. As long as those recruits use and sell the products they are marketing, the recruiters have a source of residual income. This is the reason why some people who join MLM companies go into the business full time and recruit as many people as they can. The more recruits they have, the more sources of residual income they have.

How to Build Your Network Marketing Business Online Instead of Doing Parties

Are you looking for ways to build your business online even though it was designed for parties? Many consultants would rather concentrate their efforts on the Internet, but don't know how to go about it. Their sponsors like having parties and this, have never really looked at doing it any other way. Here are some ideas for getting started online that will help you build your business the way you would prefer...(1) Do your parties online-- that way, you could invite people from all over the country. Here's what to do for a successful online party...Set your date far enough in advance that you have enough time to mail out catalogs and send your invited guests a couple of email reminders.
Make up some games that they can do online. Have them look through your catalog to find the answers to your questions.by exploring the corporate website or your own personalized one. You can even give away a prize (like a discount) to whoever wins.(2) If you have a certain amount of product you have to sell each month, try to create a buying club to help offset those costs. In some groups, consultants help each other by taking turns being the "consultant of the month" and then, the others buy products from the designated consultant.(3) See if you can find referral groups online. That may help you grow your downline.(4) Look for ways to bring people to your website. How about creating online assessments? I have done that in the past. You ask several questions designed to identify the products that would work best for them and then, based on their answers, make a recommendation. When they submit their answers, they also give you their contact information. You could also send them more information along with their results that highlights why the products you recommend would be best for them. One example might be a series of health questions that help you decide which of your nutritional supplements would be best for them. You also could offer to call them and discuss it further, in case they have questions.Or if you have a scrapbooking business, you could ask a series of questions about their picture-taking and memory-keeping habits. Based on their answers, you would recommend either digital or traditional scrapbooking products.(5) Writing articles is something else you can do to bring more attention to your business. As you write about a topic related to what you do, you demonstrate expertise and it helps people to get to know you better.

How to Choose the Right Network Marketing Organisation

With so many people shouting out for attention in the network marketing industry, how do you know which is the right opportunity to choose? So many people (not all of them with the best intentions), spend a lot of time and money in an effort to have as many people join them as possible. The following points should be considered before making that leap of faith.1. Are you, yourself able to sell the product? Is the particular product or service related to your interests?2. Do you feel you have the right capabilities and know enough of the right people who may be interested in buying from you, or better still, people who are interested in becoming distributors in your downline?3. Does your upline have the right experience and skills to mentor you and support you, especially in the earlier years? This is, perhaps, one of the biggest hurdles that you need to cross and one of the biggest reasons for failure.4. Do you have enough of your time available in order to run it well? You hear people all over the internet say, 'You don't need much free time', but your free time is your most valuable commodity and you need to make sure you have enough of it.5. This is tied in with the one about finding an experienced upline, but you need to make sure that there is training and support and that the upline can give you plenty of information on effective ways to build your business, both online and offline. If you need to choose soon, do yourself a favour and choose wisely.

Infinity Downline Review Series - If You Don't Know This, You Won't Get Paid

Don't register for the Infinity Downline affiliate program until you read this article, if you really want to get paid. The need to know the basics such as understanding the pay plan and the products and where to send your leads, there is one specific thing that you need to know to save yourself frustration and money. In Infinity Downline, the payments go directly from member to member, and the company system just automates the process so it is set up on auto-pilot.The individual member selects the form of payment which they are willing to receive. Infinity Downline even has it set up so that you can receive payment via check or money order. You just have to mark the payments as received in your back office.Probably not very many people opt for this old-school method but it's there for you if you like. PayPal is most likely the most common form of payment in Infinity Downline. When a new lead joins, your sales page will indicate to them what is your preferred form of payment.Like me, you may begin marketing right away and have people ready to sign up even the first day. If you are like most folks, you already have a personal PayPal account. A personal account will work just fine for joining. But you may find that when you send your new people to sign up for their Infinity Downline membership, that they are unable to make payment, and you are unable to get paid. The trouble results from your having only a personal PayPal account. You need a premium or business account to accept payments. They can make the payment from a personal account just fine. You just can't accept payment unless you have a premium account. Very important information if you want to get paid.I couldn't find anything about this on the Infinity Downline website. The first person to sign under me simply got a notice that they could not make the payment because I did not have a premium account. After the fact, I did notice that my sponsor had posted this concept on one of his pages. But I never quite made it to the part about needing the business account. You'd think this would be clearly indicated by the sales page when you sign up. I never have located anything regarding this on the main Infinity Downline website. If you don't have a business account, there will be a little lag as you wait to confirm your account. The good thing is that using PayPal is so easy because the Infinity Downline software automatically creates a subscription to you get paid automatically each month. In another article I cover the compensation plan.Perhaps this will save you a bit of time and money.Be sure to read the resource box below.
