This is one of the reasons the failure rate is so high. You're told that if you love the products, you can't help it but share with everyone you know, and your enthusiasm will make others want to buy too. There's no doubt that you need to be enthusiastic about your products and business opportunity, but there's a big difference between sharing and selling. How to Become the Best Networker

I remember a mentor of mine suggesting I read the book "Love Is the Killer App". I also remember thinking, "Oh goodness, I hope this isn't a book about everyone should love everyone" and "can't we all just get along." I ended up reading that book twice. It was by far the best book I've ever read on networking.I decided to write about this topic because for years now I've received instant messages, emails and even Facebook messages that say, "I want to network with you." After I agree that I'd be happy to network with them, I never hear from the person again. Occasionally what has happened is that after I say, "Sure, let's network," I get a sales message from the person. If I ask them why I received the spam they'll say, "You agreed to network."Networking with others means helping others, offering others something they want, need and can use. If you sell widgets and I have no interest in widgets, then sending me a sales message for widgets is not something that will help me. I'd like to offer some suggestions on truly networking:1. Say hello. While this sounds so simple, very few people take the time to even say hello. I find people in such a rush to throw out their sales pitch, they don't even say hello to me.2. If someone does say hello to you, take the time to respond. I was very impressed with an ad I saw. I wrote the owner of the ad and told her how impressed I was. I never heard back. I'm not one who gives up and I'm also one that knows the internet enjoys snacking on people's emails and so I also sent the same woman a friend request and personal message on Facebook. I never heard back. Not only did this woman lose any possible sale from me, but she also lost any type of referral I might have offered.3. Take the time to get to know others. How can you help someone if you don't know them? Take the time to get to know others and then offer them things they might use or want. I'll offer two examples. I met a woman on the internet. Her son has autism. Occasionally, I'll come across what look to be great resources for moms of children with autism. I send them to her. I know another woman who tweets about social media. When I find an article or tip I especially like, I'll send it to this woman to consider for her own tweets.It is my belief that networking is helping others and providing others with what they might want or need. Without saying hello and getting to know them, you won't be able to offer help or resources. These three tips truly can help you become the best networker.

Are You Being Reverse Recruited?

Here is a rather interesting recruiting technique that I just learned about last week. It is called reverse recruiting.In its most simple form here is what you do:1. Seek out other network marketer's capture or landing pages.2. Fill in the form (which all of these type of pages have on them) with your name, email address and telephone number.3. Get ready for a return email or telephone call.4. Once you get this email or telephone call, you listen to what the person who is attempting to recruit you has to say and then you attempt to recruit him/her into your business opportunity.To be most effective, do not put your telephone number on the form, just your email address. This way you usually get their personal email address.Does it work? All I could tell you is that when I was the victim of such a technique I was filled with utter disgust that an individual from our network marketing industry would sink to this bottom-feeder level just to secure an (unsuspecting) "lead". I wondered all during our brief (my choice) telephone conversation how desperate this person must be to resort to this colossal waste of my time. In short, I felt violated.Would I want to even consider joining this person's team? Absolutely not. And, quite frankly, would I want this person to join mine? Absolutely not. Why? Chances are he/she would resort to these or similar tactics to build his/her group should he decide to sign-up with me. Thanks, but no thanks.When I first started out in network marketing, I (like most everyone else just starting out) was with Amway. It was a tremendous learning experience for me. As a matter of fact, I often refer to it as my graduate degree in network marketing. I still have Amway friends even though I moved to another MLM sixteen or seventeen years ago. Besides the running of the miles and the constant showing of the plan, what I can recall is the level of respect that we all had for the company.If a reverse recruiter resorts to this tactic, what is it telling me about the respect (or lack thereof) he/she has toward his/her network marketing company? Or, worse yet, what is it telling me about the self-respect this person has for himself/herself?

This entitles the member to $200 for every new member they refer. More specifically for there are 2 qualifying amounts that are passed up of $100 each so in fact the member only receives $100 for the first two sales before he qualifies for the $200. This is a very good pay out in anybodies language. However the remuneration increases with the level of memberships that is purchased. The highest level which astound me even more costs $3995 and is a life time membership. The payout on this was $2,000 from the third referral onwards.In ConcludingI can say after conducting a thorough investigation of Resorts 360 Vacation Club that there was no evidence that this was a scam and was totally a legitimate business. To my amazement both the opportunity and the product seem to reap quality and that the end users of these products where getting value for their money. A traveller would never argue about paying less for their holiday package after all.However in considering this avenue as a business one must take into consideration that commitment, determination and some insight will be requires along with some financial consideration. Like anything else in this world there are no guarantees that you will make any money this will mainly depend on your business acumen.
