Competition Bashing is Bad For Your Image
Someone approached me on Facebook and was trying to get me to look at her product. When I wasn't interested, she used totally the wrong approach! This woman sells a nutritional product. I told her I am quite happy with the products I use because I feel great. She proceeded to tell me about all of the great independent research on her product, and said that my company has no research (I never told her what products I take, she is making an assumption based on something.) When I told her that how I feel is the most important thing to me, she told me that my feeling great is simply the placebo effect. Can you imagine? How arrogant! When I told her that her approach is all wrong, she called me closed-minded and said she felt sorry for me! Man, oh man, where do I begin? Now, a lack of independent research would not prove that a product is ineffective. But that's not the point. The point is that bashing the competition:
Reflects poorly on you as an individual
Reflects poorly on your company
Reflects poorly on the industry
The first point is rather obvious; my mother always said, "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all."How does it reflect poorly on your company? Well, people in MLM talk about duplication all of the time. It means that you teach your people how to market, they teach their people the same techniques, and so on. So it's reasonable to assume that she learned this from her upline, who learned it from their upline, and so on. I have in fact heard other distributors from her company talk about their research. I just never heard them go so far as to use the placebo effect argument. So, I don't know for sure if she came up with that on her own or if someone taught her, but the possibility exists that she was taught. In any company, when you see someone using a particular tactic, you wonder if they devised it on their own or if the company is responsible for teaching people to do it that way.As far as the industry goes, if people see lots of distributors bashing each other's company, they begin to assume our industry is just like politics. How do most people feel about politicians? They trust them about as far as they can throw them. Why? Because they are always engaged in mud-slinging. In any sales situation, if you spend more time slinging mud at the competition than you do explaining the benefits of what you offer, people wonder if you do in fact offer anything of value! When someone says they are happy with their current product, the proper response is, "that's great, I am glad you found something you like." If someone mentions they are considering another product or company, if you have heard that some people like it, the proper response is "I have heard they have a good product too" or "I know some people who love that company." If you have never heard of that product or company you could say, "I haven't heard of that one, but there are many great products on the market" or "there are many good companies to consider." Then proceed to focus on the benefits of your product or company without bashing anyone else's!This approach will gain you respect, and make you appear very confident. They will be thinking, "if she is willing to compliment another company, her company must really be great!"

Avoiding Work at Home Employment Fraud
There are several opportunities these days to work from home and still make a decent income, sufficient to live on. However, as many opportunities exist, there are more scams than the actual opportunities. Looking for the right opportunity has become like sieving the dirt out from a handful of flour. How does one identify a scam from a real opportunity? There are handful of websites on the Internet which actually list work at home jobs. Several websites might advertise saying that you can make a five figure or six figure salaries sitting at home. Straight away trash those websites because they are all scams. Nobody can make that kind of income, and the income they are talking about is all dependent on the prospect of finding more customers like you. Some websites charge you money for a book or a CD that gives you a lot of ideas about how to make money. These are another type of scams and all the books have are ideas on what all you can do to earn money. No book has the leads or the names of companies that hire people to work from home. So, do not pay for these worthless books and CDs and get cheated.Any person who has a genuine job offer will not ask you for money. They will give you work and pay you on completion of the work. There are some websites which post needs for article writing, data entry and even customer or email support. Look for such job offers and start your home based career instead of opting to get rich through quick ideas, which are nothing but scams.

Royal Body Care MLM Review (The MLM the Queen Uses - Okay Not Really!)
Royal Body Care, or RBC Life was founded in 1991 by Clinton Howard and is located in Dallas. Howard has applied his knowledge and resources from the medical and wellness industry to bring us an MLM opportunity based around nutritional supplements and wellness body care products. RBC Life is a publicly traded company; that being said, the stock is only valued at $0.25 so they seem to need some work in the MLM department. In their defense, they just revamped the structure to reflect a more community-based approach so maybe those stocks will go up.Royal Body Care's product line is built around the Aloe Vera plant. Back in the 1980s, Clinton Howard invested $20 million on research and development to pin-point the active ingredients of this "Life-giving" plant. After four years, that research paid off and they found what they were looking for in the form of 200 active compounds. Their next step was to design a line-up of products based around that ingredient. The end result was a list of 75 Health and Wellness products with a foundation of solid science behind them. The specific categories they target are Wellness Enhancement, Skin Care and Fitness. The newest item in the RBC Life line-up of 75 products is NeuroBright. NeuroBright makes the claim of enhancing your memory and increasing your learning by up to 50%. Two of the more targeted effects of this supplement are the ability to enhance brain function and protection for cellular health. RBC does this by using the antioxidant Microhydrin and combining it with 8 other antioxidants to form what they call "Microhydrin Plus". Now, if you can read that, spell it or even say it you already have far too many antioxidants and should probably get a proper job! (okay, let's pretend you're like me and have difficulty with your Microhydrin levels - read on!)If you follow any of the newest trends in the niche of Health and Wellness, you may start to get a little suspicious at this point. There is some debate as to whether Microhydrin actually works as they claim it does. I've taken a peek at the science behind it and also heard some of the arguments; in the end, you can't really tell who's telling the truth and who's just bashing for the fun of it. It may be best to use the try-before-you-buy method here. That'll add some coin to your start up but if it does what they say it does, the benefits alone are worth it, right? You have 10 possible streams of income through what RBC Life has dubbed the "Clear Pay" system. Here's a quick overview:1. Direct Commissions: This is basically a combination of commissions from the different packages which you sell and the Builder Points to go along with those packages which you use later on to qualify for bonuses.2. Power Bonus: You need to buy into the "Builder Pack" or the "Director Pack" in order to qualify for this income stream. It allows you to pull in anywhere from $5 to $25 and goes 8 levels deep on all 5 of your legs.3. Builder's Pool: Just like it sounds, you accumulate Builder Points by signing up associates. You're rewarded with an extra 2% of the total sales from the company.4. Dynamically Compressed Matching Bonus: Wow. Say that 5 times fast! You have 8 ranks to work through and each one gives you from 20% to 50% matching point bonuses for the first 6 months at that rank.5. Income Generator Commission: From what I can understand, they have an automated system and if you opt in to use it the give you an additional 10% as long as you have 2 active members in each leg.6. Rank Advancement Bonus: Exactly what it says with a twist; if you advance within 2 months, they give you a bigger bonus.7. Retail and Preferred Customer Sales: You buy wholesale and sell at retail with the profit going into your pocket. They give you a 20% commission on your customer volume too.8. Personal Purchases: A 20% bonus on personal purchases once you buy enough.9. Growth Pool: After you reach the rank of Bronze Director, you get another 2% of the CV (Company Volume).10. Annual Leadership Incentive: Basically a yearly vacation with all the Top Dogs. Get to the rank of Bronze Director and it's all yours.OK, maybe that wasn't so quick of a run-down, but now you're fully aware of the MLM side. As for the reputation of the company, it seems pretty solid. On top of that, they have strong morals in regards to the global community and are environmentally proactive. So if you haven't made up your mind on which MLM to join, I'm giving RBC Life my stamp of approval.
